Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is seeking a North America Operations Director to architect and scale our physical fulfillment network across multiple sites—from Lehi to Bethlehem and beyond. You will lead a high-caliber team of General Managers and site leaders to deliver reliable service on marketplaces worldwide.

This role requires 8+ years of multi-site leadership, deep P&L experience, and a track record of launching new facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multi-site operations leadership in high-growth environments.
• Proven capability in managing multi-site P&L and labor planning.
• Track record of launching facilities and scaling operations.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics to improve throughput.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship for senior site leaders.

Responsibilities

• Review performance metrics across NA facilities and address issues.
• Lead labor planning and oversee thousands of labor hours.
• Develop and mentor General Managers and site leaders.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance to resolve escalations.
• Drive scalable operations as new buildings launch.
