Job summary

Pattern, a fast-growing ecommerce accelerators company, is seeking a North America Operations Director to architect and scale our physical fulfillment network across multiple sites in the US. The role is a high-level leadership position directing site leaders and coordinating cross-functional partners to optimize performance and customer experience.

We expect 8+ years in operational leadership, proven ability to launch facilities, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership across multi-site facilities.
• Experience launching and scaling facilities in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex P&L and labor planning.
• Strong leadership and mentorship of general managers and site leaders.
• Technical aptitude with data systems; familiarity with SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Constant review of performance metrics across North American facilities.
• Lead high-level labor planning and manage thousands of labor hours.
• Develop and mentor a team of General Managers and site leaders.
• Partner with HR, IT, RME and Finance to resolve escalations.
• Drive scalability and operational excellence as network grows.
