Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in drug development program management, with strong executive presence and matrix leadership, across multiple therapies and regulatory steps.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related fields; PMP is desirable.
• 12+ years in industry with 10+ years in drug development program management.
• Experience across multiple therapy areas and global regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Program Lead to shape and deliver IDP/TPP.
• Lead matrix PM teams to maintain cross-functional timelines and risk plans.
• Monitor budget and resources; ensure governance approvals are met.
• Provide PM SME input in governance and leadership discussions.
• Support portfolio planning and long-term strategy for asset indications.
