Bristol Myers Squibb invites an experienced Director, Program Management, Neuroscience to partner with the Global Program Lead. You will shape the Target Product Profile and Integrated Development Strategy for assets, delivering rigorous IDP execution across teams and geographies.

You will lead matrixed PM resources, manage risk and budgets, and influence senior leadership. This role focuses on strategic program delivery in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, or related discipline.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Strong matrix leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IDP execution per asset indication with multi-team partnership.
• Maintain integrated cross-functional timelines and risk plans.
• Manage risks and escalation to governance structures.
• Oversee budget/resource health for assigned assets and indications.
• Support governance processes and portfolio planning.
• Drive program strategy with cross-functional teams and leadership.
