AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Director, Cell Therapy Partnerships & Strategy – Neurology to shape and execute global site strategy for cell therapy partnerships. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across clinical development, operations, and commercial readiness to accelerate site-network impact.

In this role, you will build relationships with neurology investigators, treatment centers, and KOLs, represent AstraZeneca at industry forums, and drive strategy from clinical development

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or dual MD/PhD with Neurology focus and cell therapy experience.
• Direct experience in Neurology clinical development and clinical trials.
• Experience building credible relationships with investigators, KOLs, external experts, and clinical site leaders.
• Ability to operate as a senior strategic owner and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the disease-area site partnership strategy across the cell therapy portfolio.
• Identify and manage strategic clinical sites globally for Neurology and other indications.
• Represent AstraZeneca at industry meetings and scientific congresses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure site readiness for trials and commercial delivery.
