Job summary

VNS Health seeks a seasoned network and telecom leader to oversee architecture, operations, and modernization across corporate offices, cloud environments, and contact centers.

You will guide network engineering, security alignment, and vendor partnerships while driving reliability, scalability, and documentation across distributed sites, including AWS/Azure connectivity and Five9/contact center platforms.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in network engineering or related field.
• Four+ years of management and people leadership experience.
• Experience designing scalable, reliable network and telecom systems.
• Experience with security controls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
• Strong documentation, runbooks, and change-management skills.
• Healthcare or distributed enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to roadmap and capability planning for network, telecom, voice, and contact center technology services.
• Oversees network engineering and operations, including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity.
• Ensures stable, secure network connectivity across offices, locations, cloud, and remote users.
• Leads capacity planning, lifecycle management, performance management, and incident response.
• Oversees monitoring, dashboards, and service health visibility for network and telecom.
