Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Engineering.
- 10+ years leading enterprise network and communications infrastructure.
- Experience leading large technical organizations and managing managers.
- Experience in geographically distributed environments with thousands of users and locations.
- Deep expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN/WLAN, and CUCM.
Responsibilities
- Direct strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations for a large-scale enterprise network across hospitals, data centers, and remote locations.
- Lead teams for LAN/WAN/WLAN, data center networking, routing, switching, fiber, and connectivity services.
- Manage enterprise firewall environments, network security infrastructure, and resilient connectivity solutions.
- Oversee network modernization, circuit optimization, carrier management, and lifecycle planning.
- Act as executive escalation point for high-priority infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.
- Own UC strategy including CUCM, contact center, VoIP, and telecom modernization.
- Drive adoption of emerging communication technologies and AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps for network and communications platforms.
- Lead budgeting, vendor contracts, and partnerships; drive service metrics and continuous improvement.
