Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership overseeing enterprise network and communications infrastructure.
• Experience leading large technical organizations and managing managers.
• Experience in geographically distributed enterprise environments with thousands of users and hundreds of locations.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN/WLAN, Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewalls, CUCM, and contact center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations for a large-scale enterprise network.
• Lead teams for LAN/WAN/WLAN, data centers, routing, switching, fiber, and connectivity services.
• Oversee network security infrastructure and firewall environments.
• Drive modernization initiatives, circuit optimization, and vendor management.
• Own enterprise Unified Communications strategy and voice/telecom modernization.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and manage large-scale technology deployments.
• Manage managers and budgets, and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Ensure 24x7 operations and high availability for critical services.
