Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required; U.S. citizenship.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead NSS capture strategy and multi-year growth plan across divisions.
• Maintain relationships with DoD, USSF, and IC to ensure mission responsiveness.
• Negotiate teaming agreements and build strategic partnerships for access to opportunities.
