Job summary

Sarepta is seeking a Senior Director of National Accounts to lead account plans with payers and PBMs, drive policy initiatives, and secure product access across Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare lines. This leadership role calls for cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution across markets.

Ideal candidates will have extensive payer relationships, experience with Buy and Bill, and strong business acumen to guide pricing and contracting strategies while traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with payer and PBM account management required.
• Experience with Buy and Bill (J-Codes) required.
• Medical policy and contracting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, implement, and execute account level business plans for payer accounts.
• Lead opportunities with development, maintenance, and improvement of medical policy.
• Obtain and maintain access for Sarepta's DMD product with payers and PBMs.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and other functions to meet product objectives.
• Provide marketplace feedback on customer trends and industry issues.
