Job summary

Sarepta Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of National Accounts to create and execute payer account plans across Commercial, Medicaid, and PBM channels. You will lead cross-functional teams, build market access strategies, and drive payer engagement for Sarepta’s DMD portfolio. Travel up to 60% and prefer NW US location.

The role requires deep payer relations, contracting and policy experience, and a strong business acumen to influence pricing and access strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of national/regional account management experience.
• Payer (Commercial, Medicaid, and Managed Medicaid) and PBM account management experience required.
• Experience with Buy and Bill (J-Codes) required.
• Medical Policy and Contracting experience required.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales and government affairs teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, implement, and execute account level business plans for payer accounts (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare and PBM).
• Lead/advises opportunities with development, maintenance, and improvement of medical policy.
• Obtain and maintain payer access for Sarepta's DMD product with payers and PBMs.
• Work cross-functionally with Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and other functions to meet objectives.
• Serve as a core cross-functional team member on complex projects.
• Provide market feedback to management on trends, updates, and opportunities.
• Prepare and educate payers about future product launches and assess coverage.
