Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr Director of Multi-Site Development & Market Expansion to lead national growth and oversee the rollout of new locations in healthcare markets. You will own site selection, development, lease negotiations, design and permitting, and launch execution across multiple sites annually.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of multi-site expansion experience, a proven track record of de novo openings, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build scalable processes and real-time

Qualifications

10+ years leading multi-site healthcare expansion, development, or related operations.
Experience opening de novo locations and managing from site identification to launch.
Strong budgeting, ROI analysis, and KPI reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead market selection, site development, and new location launch initiatives across markets.
Oversee full lifecycle: site selection, lease negotiations, design, permitting, and launch.
Build scalable processes, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
Manage multiple expansion projects and cross-functional partnerships for successful launches.
Develop expansion playbooks and measurement frameworks to drive consistent results.
