Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading multi-site healthcare expansion, development, operations, growth, real estate, construction, or related functions.
• Experience opening de novo healthcare locations and supporting market expansion initiatives.
• Experience managing projects from site identification through operational launch.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and scaling multi-site organizations.
• Experience developing repeatable systems, project management processes, dashboards, KPI reporting, and playbooks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and business case development.
• Experience working with executive leadership and presenting recommendations and updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead market selection, site development, and new location launches across multiple markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize expansion opportunities using data and market analysis.
• Oversee full lifecycle of new location development from site selection to launch execution.
• Build scalable processes, dashboards, reporting structures, and accountability systems.
• Manage multiple concurrent expansion projects across development stages.
• Partner with operations, finance, talent, clinical leadership, marketing, and executives to ensure launches.
• Develop executive-level reporting on pipeline status, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Create standardized expansion playbooks, procedures, and PM frameworks.
• Evaluate market performance and recommend future growth opportunities based on data and strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement across development, expansion, and launch activities.
