- 15+ years of leadership in healthcare services, multi-site operations, or growth strategy.
- Experience leading enterprise growth initiatives across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide growth strategy with CEO and exec team.
- Lead senior leaders for Center Development, Sales, Marketing, Contracting & Public Policy, and Payor Relations.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
- Oversee de novo expansion, market selection, and referral growth initiatives.
- Ensure alignment across growth functions with KPIs, forecasting and reporting.
