Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate global go‑to‑market strategy into focused regional priorities. You will lead an eight‑person team and align with Revenue Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate demand and revenue.

You will drive multi‑channel campaigns, measure regional KPIs, and optimize ROI while acting as a regional brand ambassador at industry events and partner forums.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• 6+ years leading high-performing teams regionally or globally.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing across multiple market segments.
• Translating global priorities into regional plans to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong strategic vision grounded in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate global go-to-market strategy into North America priorities and programs.
• Coach and develop the NA Field Marketing team.
• Align Field Marketing with Revenue Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Sales.
• Oversee regional campaigns and experimentation across channels.
• Set regional KPIs and translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Manage NA Field Marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at events and partner forums.
