Job summary

Papa ERDR is seeking a proven multi-unit, multi-market operations leader to head our Papa Johns restaurants across New England and New Jersey. You will own field leadership, P&L, and overall profitability for the portfolio, setting the standard for operating excellence and translating strategy into results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-unit QSR operations leadership
• 3+ years leading multiple markets and field leaders
• Full P&L ownership across a portfolio of 20+ restaurants

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Directors and Area Operations leaders across markets.
• Own P&L for 20+ Papa Johns restaurants including sales, labor, and food cost.
• Build and execute plans to grow same-store sales, transactions, and margins.
• Drive brand standards, food safety, and franchise compliance.
• Develop leadership bench through coaching and promotions.
• Partner with People Operations on hiring and labor compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing on local store promotions and community engagement.
• Lead turnaround plans for underperforming sites using data and accountability.
• Support new openings, remodels, and portfolio growth.
• Contribute to company strategy as a senior leader.
