You will integrate design, VDC/BIM coordination, fabrication, financial performance, and customer engagement into a cohesive execution strategy.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with financial acumen, strong leadership, and excellent communication to guide internal teams and clients through fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in modular construction or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead modular construction projects from award to closeout.
• Coordinate design, VDC/BIM, procurement, and fabrication teams.
• Own project budgets, schedules, and forecasting; manage risk and cost control.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
