Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Operations in Chaska, MN to lead the site’s safety, quality and cost goals while driving manufacturing excellence. You will oversee Bloomington operations, align cross-functional teams, and push for 24x5 operations with a future ramp to 24/7.

Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential to deliver superior customer value. You’ll collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality and EH&S to ensure on-time delivery, product yield, and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) required.
• Advanced degree in Business or Management preferred.
• 10+ years plant manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, semiconductor or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery for Fluid Handling operations in Chaska and Bloomington.
• Lead site planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality and logistics activities.
• Drive cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.
• Develop and execute performance objectives to achieve operational excellence.
• Support new product transitions from engineering to high-volume manufacturing.
