Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks an experienced Site Lead, EHS to advance a culture of safety and environmental stewardship at the Chaska, MN facility.

You will provide strategic leadership, implement and improve EHS systems, and ensure regulatory compliance across air, water and waste programs while supporting world-class performance. You will lead incident investigations, audits, and regulatory inspections, partnering with site leadership and cross-functional teams to reduce risk and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, science, engineering or related EHS discipline required.
• Minimum 7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; 10+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing safety and environmental compliance programs (air, water, hazardous waste).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and state/local EHS regs.
• Experience with environmental permitting, reporting and inspections preferred.
• Proven incident investigation and corrective action experience.
• Ability to lead and influence across all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on EHS training to managers, supervisors and employees.
• Oversee day-to-day EHS compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support incident investigations and site inspections; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain visible presence on the production floor to identify hazards.
• Collaborate with facilities, engineering and operations on projects to identify EHS risks and controls.
• Manage environmental programs (air, water, waste) including monitoring and reporting.
• Support regulatory inspections and respond to agency inquiries.
• Track EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain corporate management system activities and internal audits.
• Develop annual EHS budget including capex forecasting.
