Qualifications

• Executive-level technical and managerial expertise in implementing, overseeing, and executing a highly complex, wide-ranging portfolio of housing programs and multi-billion-dollar budgets.
• Mastery of the Military Housing Privatization Initiative or similar large-scale public-private partnerships, including real estate project financing, financial feasibility analyses, portfolio health metrics, and federal budget scoring.
• Evidence of leadership and management capability at senior levels, aligned with ECQs and TQs for SES appointments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and effective execution of the full spectrum of DoW housing programs, including on-installation and off-installation assets (privatized and leased).
• Demonstrate executive-level competency in managing multi-billion-dollar budgets and complex portfolios.
• Apply and assess ECQs and TQs to ensure compliance and readiness for Senior Executive Service responsibilities.
