The Director, Global Markets & Supplier Programs leads global market engagement, regional execution, and programs that strengthen readiness and competitiveness across regions.

This senior role partners with certification, membership, and business development teams to grow registrations, drive market access, and deliver consistent value to members

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global program leadership, market development, or related fields.
• Experience leading regional or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a consistent global market engagement framework across regions.
• Overlap with Regional Directors to align regional strategies with global priorities and expand market presence.
• Design and strengthen programs, services, and tools that support women-owned businesses from registration through business readiness and market access.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regional execution and donor-funded program delivery.
