Job summary

IQVIA MedTech seeks a seasoned leader to align sales, consulting, product management and marketing around a growth strategy targeting QARA and Compliance leaders in the MedTech/IVD space. The role requires developing differentiated offerings and expanding executive relationships across global teams.

You will drive cross-functional adoption of integrated solutions, monitor market trends, and supervise teams, with travel about 20% and a strong emphasis on delivering compliant, high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15 years of relevant experience in Quality, Regulatory, Safety or Commercial Compliance within MedTech or agency environment.
• 4 years of management experience required.
• Strong leadership, presentation, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience managing global teams in a matrixed, multi-regional organization.

Responsibilities

• Align IQVIA MedTech sales, consulting, product management, and marketing around a common growth strategy.
• Expand executive relationships with Quality, Regulatory and Compliance professionals.
• Lead integrated solutions selling across technology, consulting and services.
• Develop marketplace analysis and monitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Drive marketing plans and implement execution.
• Manage staff in accordance with policies and regulations.
