• Performs comprehensive evaluation of applicants and supports admissions committee decisions through holistic review.
• Develops and coordinates admissions-related programs and recruitment initiatives, serving as the primary resource for prospective students.
• Supervises admissions support staff and manages workflow and interview scheduling logistics.
• Provides institutional representation, data analysis, and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
