Job summary

Sullivan University System is seeking a dynamic Director of Admissions to lead admissions across all locations and guide staff toward enrollment goals. The role collaborates with Marketing to shape campaigns and assess outcomes, ensuring ethical practices and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a master's degree, 5+ years in postsecondary environments with management experience, and strong CRM/SIS skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Five years of related work experience in a proprietary, postsecondary environment, with at least three years in management.
• CRM and SIS experience required, Velocify and CampusNexus preferred.
• Excellent writing, oral communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead admissions activities across all locations and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and assess admission initiatives.
• Monitor Admissions metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Manage lead flow, forecasting, and enrollment growth.
• Prepare department reports and maintain inventory of promotional materials.
