• Experience influencing across a matrixed organization.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio strategy using market intelligence and customer needs.
• Drive end-to-end portfolio performance and adjust tactics based on metrics.
• Translate strategy into priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Align with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders.
• Lead change management and drive improvements across segments.
