Job summary

CVS Health in Texas is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive local market portfolio strategy for the Central Region. You will own benefit strategy, design, and execution, aligning solutions to market opportunities and customer needs.

You will collaborate across Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Network teams to accelerate delivery, monitor performance, and influence executive stakeholders. A strong track record in healthcare benefits and portfolio leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles.
• Medical Benefit Product experience / knowledge
• Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and business performance
• Demonstrated success influencing up and across a highly matrixed organization
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
• Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
• Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
• Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
