Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior leader to provide local market product leadership for the Central Region. The role oversees portfolio benefit strategy, design and execution, and develops differentiated portfolio solutions aligned to market opportunities and customer needs.

Responsibilities include translating market intelligence into roadmaps, driving portfolio performance, and coordinating with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial and Network teams to accelerate delivery while managing risks

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product roadmaps.
Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
Driving alignment across a matrixed organization with stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact.
Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes.
