CVS Health is seeking a seasoned product leader to own local market portfolio strategy for the Central Region. You will translate market intelligence into differentiated portfolio solutions, align cross-functionally, and drive end-to-end performance with data-driven priorities.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years in product or portfolio management within healthcare, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record of executive-level storytelling and cross-organizational influence in matrixed

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps.
Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives.
Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact.
Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes.
