Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for Medical Benefit Portfolio Product Management. You will provide local market leadership for the West Region and drive portfolio strategy, design, and execution. This is an individual contributor role with cross-functional collaboration to accelerate delivery and impact.

You will influence a matrixed organization, manage priorities, and translate insights into differentiated product roadmaps, ensuring growth and customer value across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or portfolio management in healthcare benefits.
• Medical Benefits product experience.
• Must reside Pacific or Mountain Time Zone; Central may be considered.
• Proven success delivering portfolio strategies that drive growth and retention.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio strategy translating market needs and data into roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end performance, monitor metrics and adjust strategies.
• Translate strategy into execution with priorities, timelines and risks.
• Lead alignment across Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial and others.
• Own change management and continuous improvement across segments.
