Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a senior professional to lead value creation in media across studios, content and IP, sports, and digital media. You will shape revenue growth, pricing, monetization, and audience expansion while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strategic insight, client leadership, and delivering measurable enterprise value with senior stakeholders. Travel and in-person collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in Media sub-sectors: Studios, Content & IP, Sports, Live Entertainment, Streaming, Digital Media, Advertising, Rights & Licensing, Distribution, and Audience Monetization.
• Deep understanding of Media business models and value drivers.
• Strategy and operations consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data translation skills.
• Experience leading value creation, commercial transformation, and go-to-market engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serving as project lead on engagements serving investors and executive leadership teams across Media sub‑sectors.
• Driving revenue growth and monetization strategies for Media clients across multiple revenue streams.
• Leading complex value creation engagements focused on commercial transformation and operating model design.
• Helping investors and management define, prioritize, and execute value creation agendas.
• Providing strategic direction to engagement teams across multiple workstreams.
• Supporting clients through transaction-related events including due diligence and integration planning.
• Working with executives to align growth priorities and value realization objectives.
