Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States seeks a senior Strategy and Execution leader to drive value creation across media sub-sectors, accelerating EBITDA and optimizing revenue. You will partner with investors, executives, and boards to shape monetization, pricing, and go-to-market transformations.

Responsibilities include leading multi-workstream engagements, developing Directors and junior teams, and delivering strategic recommendations that enhance enterprise value for clients in Studios, Content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~7 years.
• Experience across Studios, Content & IP, Sports, Live Entertainment, Streaming, Digital Media, Advertising, Rights & Licensing, or related Media sectors.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and modeling skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading value creation, commercial transformation, go-to-market, revenue growth, pricing, monetization, or performance improvement.
• Experience in operational due diligence, commercial due diligence, operational transformation, value creation, and performance improvement.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead on engagements across Media sub-sectors to shape growth strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and monetization strategies for Media clients.
• Lead complex value creation engagements focused on commercial transformation and operating model design.
• Help investors and management define, prioritize, and execute value creation agendas.
• Provide strategic direction to engagement teams with oversight across multiple workstreams.
• Support transaction-related events including due diligence, value creation planning and integrations.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align growth priorities and value realization objectives.
