Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, quality, and logistics.
• Establish and sustain world-class safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and productivity.
• Lead Lean and CI initiatives to improve efficiency and asset utilization.
• Oversee production planning, process development, and equipment utilization.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to support new product introductions.
• Build high-performing teams through talent development and succession planning.
• Utilize data and root-cause analysis for sustainable improvements.
• Drive disciplined execution and communication to strengthen competitiveness.
