Raffles Boston is seeking a Director of Residences to lead the homeowner experience across pre-move-in to daily living, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service. The role requires overseeing residential operations, HOA governance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with the hotel team.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of senior management in ultra-luxury properties, exceptional leadership, and a passion for cultivating lasting relationships with high-net-worth residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, real estate management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of senior management in ultra-luxury residential/hospitality operations.
• Proven track record in luxury service, client relations, and high-net-worth interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Homeowner Journey across all phases from onboarding to ongoing service excellence.
• Oversee HOA governance, budget, and financial reporting for residential operations.
• Coordinate with hotel and resort departments for integrated service delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing residential team (Heartists).
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance resident experiences.
