Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in land, power, and data center or large-scale infrastructure development with site strategy execution.
- 7+ years of experience building and leading teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end LPS site strategy across targeted regions from scouting through shell delivery.
- Lead evaluation of land and power opportunities, including transmission constraints and interconnection timelines.
- Partner with developers, utilities, architects, and construction teams to deliver powered shell programs.
- Navigate permitting, zoning, and local dynamics to de-risk timelines and accelerate power readiness.
- Develop relationships across utilities, ISPs, developers, operators, and local partners to improve deal flow.
- Provide data-backed recommendations on site prioritization and investment decisions.
