Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong track record leading scientific teams in industry.
• Experience setting strategy and delivering results.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Directors and Group leaders across disciplines to establish new business lines.
• Shape Abcam's strategic research and innovation roadmap.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ELT members across functions.
• Lead ideation and execution of high-priority projects.
