You will drive scientific operations across programs, including contracting, alliance management, data room management for BD and investors, IP coordination, and board material review. The role partners with scientific leaders to keep program information accurate, decision-ready, and aligned across teams, while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific field with minimum 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting scientific operations in biotech/pharma or similar environment.
• Ability to manage complex scientific information and prepare leadership materials.
• Experience coordinating IP-related processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of discovery workflows and ability to interpret scientific context.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific operations support across discovery programs and coordinate inputs, timelines, and decision materials.
• Manage and maintain research data rooms for internal and external reviews.
• Coordinate IP-related workflows with scientific and legal stakeholders.
• Review and synthesize scientific context for Board decks and leadership materials.
• Prepare clear, accurate materials for project reviews and senior leadership discussions.
• Drive information flow to support planning, prioritization, and execution of research activities.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements in research coordination.
• Oversee compliance with data integrity and lab operations, liaising with external vendors.
