Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Long-standing experience in production/material/supply planning or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading and developing teams with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand into feasible production, inventory, and capacity plans.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Commercial teams to manage constraints.
• Establish planning strategies and inventory parameters across supply chain.
• Leverage data, KPIs, and DBS-like continuous improvement to boost planning performance.
