Qualifikationen

• J.D. and admission to practice law in New York.
• 8–12 years of experience at a law firm and/or large financial institution.
• Experience with tri-party arrangements, collateral management, clearance, custody, and related financial market products.
• Familiarity with clearing agreements, account control agreements, security agreements, MSLA, MRA, ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, and similar documentation.
• Strong knowledge of securities law, SEC rules, UCC Article 8, and related broker-dealer and investment fund considerations.
• Familiarity with central clearing, securities finance, derivatives, and evolving regulatory issues.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal and regulatory counsel to the Clearance & Collateral Management business across a broad product set.
• Advise on strategic transactions, regulatory initiatives, corporate projects, and collaborations with partners.
• Draft, negotiate, and update complex documentation and lifecycle support for products.
• Advise on central clearing, tri-party collateral management, custody, segregation, and related market infrastructure.
• Support AI-enabled workflow changes and other innovative legal initiatives.
