Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive annual giving program, raising a minimum of $1.5M annually for the BMC Fund, from individuals.
• Oversee project management of direct mail appeals, impact reports and other annual fundraising materials.
• Maintain and model strong portfolio management of annual giving donors; use DXO strategy.
• Manage and mentor the annual giving team; coach staff on solicitation and renewals.
• Identify and transition donors to major gift/planned giving portfolios to grow revenue.
