Job summary

Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) seeks a Director of LCMS Platforms to build and lead the LCMS function in a GLP/GCLP compliant bioanalytical lab. You will oversee assay development, validation, and study execution while driving scientific strategy and client satisfaction.

The role requires a PhD or Master’s, 10+ years in bioanalysis/LCMS, and a proven track record in large-molecule bioanalysis, FDA/EMA regulatory familiarity, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in biology, immunology, chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in bioanalysis, biomarkers, or LCMS method development.
• Strong expertise in bioanalytical assays including PK/PD and regulatory guidance.
• Experience developing LCMS methods for large-molecule biotherapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supervisors and scientists in bioanalytical assay development and validation.
• Oversee large-molecule LCMS studies to ensure GLP/GCLP compliance.
• Develop, validate, troubleshoot LCMS methods for biological samples.
• Review regulatory documents and data packages; manage timelines.
• Mentor team members and present data to clients and internal teams.
• Drive innovation through new tech, instrumentation, and strategies.
