Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering required.
- PE licensure required.
- 10+ years of land development entitlement & engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of EITs, designers, and CAD technicians to deliver construction plans and client deliverables.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple land development projects.
- Coordinate complex projects and ensure alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide mentorship and technical guidance to staff.
- Ensure quality control and apply advanced engineering practices across projects.
