Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, project design and quality assurance for land development projects.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development in the development sector.
• Oversee design teams and ensure compliance with standards and budgets.
• Develop intermediate and long-range plans for systems operation and expansion.
• Review major work orders and approve construction budgets.
