Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant field.
• 5 years of successful sales experience in laboratory or CRO industries.
• Knowledge of CRO, moderate to high complexity laboratory services, and healthcare practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to pursue, and convert accounts and leads.
• Create in-depth prospect profiles to present services to client decision makers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and prepare sales reports.
• Lead the business development process from due diligence to RFP and closing.
• Collaborate with internal staff on proposals and opportunities.
• Attend client meetings to monitor service and provide feedback on performance.
