Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Covington, KY is seeking a high-energy Business Development (BD) Sales Leader to drive strategic territory plans and win new lab services accounts.

You will build executive-level relationships, manage proposals, and lead the end-to-end sales process from qualification to closing, while collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and operations. This hybrid role offers growth and a broad impact in CRO services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 5 years of successful sales experience in CRO or laboratory industries.
• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to win accounts and leads.
• Build executive relationships and present services to key decision makers.
• Lead the RFP process and close opportunities with CTI's lab services.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and internal teams to pursue opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline to achieve annual sales goals and participate in client meetings.
