Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a senior business development professional to lead strategic territory planning and win new lab services opportunities across CRO and pharmaceutical clients. You will build relationships with executives, manage RFP processes, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize proposals and onboarding.

You will drive annual sales targets, coordinate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and operations, and maintain a robust client

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute Territory plans and win new business.
• Experience in CRO or laboratory services sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to prioritize, pursue, and convert accounts.
• Create prospect profiles and review cost, timelines and in-house vs outsourced testing.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders; prepare sales reports.
• Lead RFP processes from due diligence to closing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and procurement.
• Identify opportunities with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other teams.
