Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking a dynamic sales professional to sell CTI's clinical trial, regulatory and scientific affairs consulting services across Phase I–III, from pre-IND to NDA support. You will identify, contact, and cultivate new clients while serving as their account manager.

You will build relationships with biotech and pharma decision makers, develop strategies, collaborate with proposals, lead bid defenses, manage a CRM, and drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or life sciences.
• Sales experience including account profiling, relationship development, needs assessment and closing.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical, clinical or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain relationships with qualified targets and decision makers within biotech and pharma, uncovering opportunities and developing strategies.
• Develop and implement disease strategies to drive awareness, lead generation and opportunity identification.
• Lead bid defense meetings and capabilities discussions with CTI teams.
• Collaborate with CTI’s proposal team to deliver budgets and proposals, guiding proposal text and budget scope.
• Maintain CTI CRM and communicate account activity to executives.
