Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Director for the Institutional Valuation Practice to lead a team delivering valuation services for major institutional clients across the U.S. The role emphasizes coaching, business development and delivering high-quality reports for quarterly and annual financial reporting.

The candidate will manage multiple senior analysts, maintain licenses, and travel to client sites and events to grow the practice and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Prev Argus Enterprise experience required.
• Previous institutional or client management experience preferred.
• Moderate travel for business development/property inspections will be expected.
• Ability to cover multiple asset classes and geographies.
• Ability to maintain professional licenses in multiple states as required by the team.

Responsabilités

• Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes with less time spent on personally completing assignments.
• Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets.
• Inspect properties for tier 1 clients where interaction grows business or coaching a junior team member.
• Attend at least two local commercial real estate events per year and volunteer for board/leadership positions within AI/IRWA/ULI.
• Represent the JLL brand: optimism, intelligence and collaboration.
• Provide solutions to clients.
