Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director for its Value and Risk Advisory team to lead commercial real estate valuations and consulting projects. The role emphasizes high-quality report delivery, complex analysis, and client-facing leadership across assignments and coaching of analysts.

The position requires licensure as a state-certified general appraiser, Argus competency, and a track record in leading valuation engagements within a dynamic real estate advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold state certified general appraiser license.
• Maintain state licenses for geographic focus and obtain temporary permits when required.
• Minimum 1 year CG license experience.
• Sign reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete client-ready reports from start to finish.
• Originate select work with leadership to identify targets.
• Coach analysts for 20–50% of time.
• Inspect assignments personally and assist others.
• Attend at least one local commercial real estate event yearly.
