Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Director to lead the Institutional Valuation Practice (IVP). The role focuses on team management, workflow optimization, and high-quality client outcomes across multiple asset classes and geographies.

You will originate select work and mentor analysts while engaging in business development and client leadership activities. Travel is moderate, licensing requirements include state CG licenses, and the position supports a nationwide client base.

Qualifications

• Argus Enterprise experience is required.
• Institutional or client management experience preferred.
• Moderate travel for business development and inspections expected.
• Ability to cover multiple asset classes and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes.
• Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets.
• Inspect properties for tier 1 clients when beneficial to the business or to coach a junior team member.
• Attend local commercial real estate events and participate in leadership/committee roles where possible.
• Represent the JLL brand with optimism, intelligence and collaboration.
• Provide solutions to clients and stakeholders.
