This role demands hands-on leadership, a deep understanding of IAM, device management, and vendor management, and a pragmatic approach to balancing security with speed to market for a fast-growing digital marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT with leadership experience.
• Hands-on IAM; SSO/SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and access design.
• Device management at scale (macOS/Windows).
• Modern SaaS admin across Google/365, Okta, Slack.
• Scripting and API integrations; automation mindset.
• Experience building IT function and controls for audits.

Responsibilities

• Own IT strategy, roadmap, and budget with clear SLAs.
• Own identity and access end to end: SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA.
• Manage device fleets with MDM baselines and security.
• Oversee SaaS estate: inventory, renewals, cost control.
• Drive compliance readiness and audit evidence.
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
• Oversee IT vendors/MSP relationships and outsourcing.
• Own onboarding/offboarding processes.
